Terms and Conditions

Overview

• The Bowers & Wilkins Trade-In Program allows customers to trade in eligible audio equipment towards the purchase of new B&W products.
• Trade-in values vary based on the condition, age, and model of the equipment being traded.
• This program is available at participating authorised B&W retailers in Australia.

Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Trade-in equipment must be in working condition.
• Both B&W and non-B&W branded audio equipment may be eligible for trade-in.
• Trade-in value can only be applied towards new Bowers & Wilkins products.

How It Works

• Visit a participating B&W retailer with your trade-in equipment.
• Your equipment will be assessed and a trade-in value offered.
• Trade-in value will be deducted from your new B&W purchase.
• Complete your purchase and enjoy your new B&W products.

Trade-In Assessment Criteria

• Brand and model of equipment
• Age and condition
• Working status (must be functional)
• Completeness (original accessories, packaging)
• Current market value

Important Information

• Trade-in offers are valid for 14 days from assessment date.
• Trade-in value cannot be exchanged for cash.
• B&W reserves the right to refuse any trade-in equipment.
• Trade-in equipment becomes the property of B&W upon completion of transaction.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
