Terms and Conditions

The purpose of the promotion is to reward retail sales personnel employed in authorised B&W resellers for selling B&W products.
The promotion runs from 20th January 2020 to 30th April 2020.
The promotion is only open to Sales Personnel who register during the promotional period.
The store Owner / Manager should ensure participating staff are registered via the Program Letter document.

This promotion is open to Australian residents who are retail sales personnel employed by authorised Bowers & Wilkins resellers.
Employees of Bowers & Wilkins, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Register on the www.bw-staffrewards.com.au website during the promotional period.
Record your eligible Bowers & Wilkins product sales on the website.
Upload supporting sales invoices for verification.
Accumulate points based on your sales of eligible products.

Points are earned based on the retail value of eligible Bowers & Wilkins products sold during the promotional period.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for selected Bowers & Wilkins products.
Submissions can be uploaded / added over the duration of the program or in one go at the end of the program if preferred.
Copies of the supporting sales invoices must be uploaded to the website at the time of submission/s.
The Bowers & Wilkins store invoice number must be included in the redemption claim.
Points may be redeemed progressively during the program or accumulated and redeemed at the end of the program.
All sales must be uploaded to the website www.bw-staffrewards.com.au to be eligible. Handwritten/ scanned/ PDF submissions etc will not be accepted.

Only sales invoiced and delivered during the promotion period may be claimed. Deposits and incomplete sales are not eligible.
Cancelled orders / items returned for credit may not be claimed.
The product purchase invoice number must be quoted for each submission.
Once submissions are approved, rewards will be processed accordingly.
Sales may NOT be pooled or shared with other store personnel. Pooling will result in disqualification of the store from the program.
Rewards may not be redeemed for other products or cash.
Final date for submission of Reward claims: COB 15th May 2020.
Please allow up to 8 weeks from date of submission approval for processing of rewards.

By participating in this promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Bowers & Wilkins for the purposes of administering this promotion.
Your information will be handled in accordance with Bowers & Wilkins' Privacy Policy.
You may opt-in to receive marketing communications from Bowers & Wilkins.

Bowers & Wilkins reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Bowers & Wilkins reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if it is not capable of running as planned.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
