Overview

• This promotion is for eligible Polk Audio products purchased from authorised Australian retailers.
• Cashback amounts vary depending on the product purchased.
• This promotion is only available to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

Eligibility

• Purchase must be made during the promotional period from an authorised Polk Audio retailer in Australia.
• Products must be new and purchased at full retail price.
• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
• Only one claim per product per household.

How to Claim

• Complete the online claim form within 30 days of purchase.
• Upload a copy of your receipt showing the product purchased and date of purchase.
• Provide your bank details for the cashback transfer.
• Claims will be processed within 8 weeks of submission.

Important Information

• Cashback will be paid via bank transfer to Australian bank accounts only.
• Incomplete or fraudulent claims will be rejected.
• Products returned for refund will not be eligible for cashback.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
